Founded in 2016, Southern Warranty Analytical Group (SWAG) was started with the idea to fill a need in the warranty sector. SWAG desired to take the guesswork out of warranty and provide top to bottom service in an exceedingly growing industry. Born from a warranty expert and an engineer, the expertise was there to hit the ground running. From day one SWAG has continued to be a company that is built upon integrity with a focus on organizing and processing all manner of manufacturer warranty claims, parts return, product improvement tracking, goodwill practices and procedures, Customer Service and Dealership Service Operations. SWAG has a team that holds nearly 100 years of combined experience in Equipment Manufacturing Standards and Dealership Service Operations experience. This ensures our clients will have the needed support to continue being successful in all aspects of warranty repairs.
